Restoration Technician in Asheville, North Carolina at Friday Services

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Overtime Available | On-Call One Weekend Per Month

Friday Workforce Solutions is hiring a Restoration Technician for a local restoration company in West Asheville. This is a hands-on, physical role for someone who has worked in labor, construction, maintenance, or restoration and isnt afraid to get dirty. Experience is required, but on-the-job training is provided to learn company processes and equipment.

• Responding to water damage, floods, mold, smoke, and fire cleanup jobs

• Performing water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and smoke restoration

• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment on job sites

• Cleaning, maintaining, and organizing tools, equipment, and company vehicles

• Assisting with small repairs and routine maintenance of equipment

• Using a mobile device to document work and complete job paperwork

• Showing up on time and working efficiently as part of a team

• Providing professional, respectful service to customers during stressful situations

• Previous hands-on labor experience required (restoration, construction, maintenance, cleaning, or similar)

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Comfortable with physical work, lifting, and working in various environments

• Willing to be on call one weekend per month and respond to emergency jobs

• Steady weekday schedule with overtime opportunities
