Job Description

Description:

The RSM is responsible for the complete management and growth of their assigned international account base by increasing sales volumes of existing products and growing the product portfolio with new product sales. The RSM is tasked with building a strong relationship with customers centered around our value-add service model to encourage new and repeat business for continual account growth.

Requirements:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the region.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set realistic sales targets and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Monitor sales performance within the region and analyze sales data regularly.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Develop action plans to address performance gaps and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Identify and explore new markets, territories, and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for market penetration.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company's presence.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required

Reporting

The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Executive VP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical thinker skilled in interpreting sales data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experienced with CRM systems and sales tools
