Job Description

Position Summary:

Prestige Trucking Insurance is seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead its marketing strategy and operational efforts. The Head of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all marketing and growth efforts across the organization to ensure best-in-class market positioning and drive operational outcomes. This role guides all marketing functions, aligns compliance with business goals, and drives market positioning to ensure all decisions grow the brand while following the rules and regulations of all applicable regulatory bodies. With a focus on enhancing business growth, efficiency, and client service across multiple related companies, the Head of Marketing works closely with operations, finance, and external vendors to ensure strong positioning in all processes. This role manages and coordinates the marketing strategy pertaining to the company’s subsidiaries in the region, including but not limited to online lead generation and multi-channel business development. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and a proactive mindset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the Marketing Department, including setting structure, goals, and performance standards.

• Grow and mentor a team of marketing professionals as well as partner with third-party vendors as needed.

• Lead the analytics strategy, planning, and execution for marketing offers by turning business problems into hypotheses, establishing KPIs, standardizing metric definitions, and aligning success metrics to create decision-ready insights.

• Apply AI tools and automation to streamline analysis workflows, reduce cycle time, and accelerate insight delivery with consistent quality.

• Execute digital strategies (AEO/SEO/SEM, social media, local listing management) to increase high-intent traffic.

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, accountable for pipeline generation and revenue contribution.

• Define and lead the company’s content, creative, and storytelling strategy as a central driver of demand and differentiation.

• Act as a hands-on creative leader when needed — reviewing messaging, shaping campaigns, and guiding high-impact content execution.

• Build a scalable, high-performing content organization across all channels.

• Oversee multi-channel campaigns, digital engagement, and brand management to strengthen visibility across all company verticals and markets.

• Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate ROI tied to growth objectives by creating measurable business outcomes.

• Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to design and implement a forward-looking, organization-wide marketing strategy that aligns marketing initiatives with the company’s mission, vision, and strategic plan, ensuring long-term sustainability, adaptability, and operational excellence.

  • Legal, Business & Financial Acumen Knowledge — Possesses a strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, regulatory compliance, and marketing law, enabling sound, brand-aligned decisions that support growth objectives across all applicable regulatory bodies.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills — Able to establish KPIs, analyze attribution and performance metrics, identify market opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions that optimize marketing investments and demonstrate measurable ROI tied to growth objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management Abilities — Skilled in leading internal marketing teams, managing third-party vendor relationships, and collaborating across operations, finance, and leadership to align marketing strategy with broader organizational goals.
  • Integrity & Accountability — Consistently demonstrates a high level of professional integrity, ethical conduct, and personal accountability in all marketing decisions, vendor relationships, and leadership responsibilities.
  • Confidentiality Knowledge & Practice — Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality when handling sensitive company strategy, proprietary marketing data, vendor agreements, and executive-level communications.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills — Capable of managing multiple complex marketing projects simultaneously with minimal guidance, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining accuracy and prioritization across all channels and campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

• 8–12 years of progressive related marketing experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Related Field.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and technologies.

• Highly analytical with strong understanding of attribution and performance metrics.

• B2B and B2C experience in services or solution-selling environments.

Preferred:

• Experience in insurance operations, preferably on the agency or insurtech side.

• Experience building from 0–1 in fast-paced companies or start-up environments.

• Master’s degree in Marketing or a Related Field.

• Strong track record of automating the marketing process, growing and scaling outputs without simply growing head count.

• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience.


Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Requires extended periods of sitting, computer use, and handling digital documents, along with clear communication via phone and video.

• Professional office work setting with standard office equipment and moderate noise levels.

• Fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours during contract negotiations or operational rollouts.

• Limited travel required for vendor, carrier, or regulatory meetings.

• Requires handling confidential company strategy, marketing data, and organizational information in compliance with privacy and legal standards.
