This role sits at the core of a large-scale technology transformation focused on modernizing a complex benefits and payments ecosystem. You will drive end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs that improve internal platforms, enhance operational efficiency, and enable better experiences for customers and partners. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams in a highly dynamic, enterprise environment. You will be responsible for turning strategic priorities into executable roadmaps while ensuring alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence. The role combines technical depth with program leadership, requiring the ability to navigate complexity, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks effectively. It is ideal for someone who thrives in structured execution at scale and enjoys shaping how technology organizations deliver impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, engineering priorities, and business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, and security teams to define roadmaps, break down initiatives, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive program planning and continuous prioritization, adapting roadmaps based on evolving business needs and stakeholder input.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, ensuring risks, blockers, and inter-team alignments are proactively identified and resolved.
  • Oversee execution tracking, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and success metrics are clearly defined and consistently monitored.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication across all levels, ensuring transparency, timely reporting, and alignment on progress and risks.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks in collaboration with technical and business leaders, escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure strong data hygiene and governance across program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), enabling accurate reporting and visibility.
  • Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and operational workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and collaboration with engineering, product, security, and architecture teams.
  • Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar) and experience driving iterative delivery at scale.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage in architectural discussions, understand system dependencies, and support engineering decision-making.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple teams, dependencies, and evolving priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset with strong risk management and decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, and collaboration platforms; PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in FinTech or highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact, enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to complex, large-scale systems in a global business environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with senior engineering and product leadership
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package (details shared during hiring process)
  • Career growth opportunities within a highly technical and strategic program management organization
  • Dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on innovation and operational excellence
  • Flexibility depending on team and project needs
