A Day in the Life as an Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors, vendors, and visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression of Continental Laundry Solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Manage reception, switchboard, visitors, and front office operations
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications, correspondence, mailings, and company events
- Provide administrative support and operational support to various internal teams, including document preparation, reporting, data entry, and record management
- Support distributor account administration, including account setup, maintenance, management of records and directories
- Maintain accurate customer, distributor, and company information within Salesforce and other business systems
- Coordinate office supply purchasing, facility-related services, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and customer visits
- Support special projects, departmental initiatives, and cross-functional activities that contribute to operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, communication, and overall office efficiency
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, office coordination or related experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and customer service skills
- Detail oriented with strong time management, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with or ability to learn Salesforce, CRM systems, and other business applications
