This position will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and overseeing employees as well as making sure they follow all federal, state, and local regulations. • We are CLOSED on Sundays and don't prep or have meetings- guaranteed day off on the weekend!

• Create weekly schedules and daily production plans for the bakery to produce product efficiently
• Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing quick service for customers
• Assure all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
• Recruit, interview, train, and motivate bakers
• Manage appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
• Make sure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed

• ServSafe (or equivalent) Manager's certificate
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
• Must have 3-5 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in quick service food industry
• Must be detail oriented to handle a weekly, rotating menu
• Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
• Computer skills and utilization of apps, iPads and POS systems strongly desired
• Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
