Outside Sales Rep in Waukesha, Wisconsin at Wisconsin Metal Parts LLC

Rapidly growing manufacturing company looking for a driven sales professional to join our growing team in a key outside sales and new business development role. Position will be focused on driving new business relationships and a strong prospect pipeline for each of our CNC, Fabrication, Tooling, and Stamping divisions to achieve growth goals averaging 15%-20% over the next 3 years.

Position will also carry some account management responsibilities where appropriate for the customer experience and business relationship. 30-40% travel as needed.

Ideal candidates will have some sales experience, preferrably within the metals or an industrial environment; however candidates looking to jump start their career in sales should apply, willing to develop driven, coachable talent.

Position Accountable For:

• Front line sales generation, achieving revune targets, customer relationships
• Identifying, targeting new growth targets
• Leveraging company strengths to maximize key accounts
• Facilitate quote opportunities, and support successful customer onboarding
• Creating best in class customer experience

• Some prior experience in sales or a metals, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred, but not necessarily required; hungry, self-motivated candidates are encouraged to apply - willing to develop strong talent.

• Should have some mechanical aptitude
• Ability to travel as needed up to 40% as needed
