About This Position

Ole Tyme Produce is looking to grow their Revenue Team! Fast-paced, ever changing, and unlimited potential for new account growth. We are looking for experienced professionals interested in account sales and new business development. Culinary enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.

Extensive CRM use (sales funnel management, prospecting, account management, internal team communication).
Ability to work in a self-directed manner.
Responsible for working with established accounts as well as new revenue growth opportunities.
Working knowledge of produce & e-commerce a plus, not required.
Ideal opportunity for those with a culinary background looking to get into sales, distribution, and supply chain.

Sales Enablement Tools: Company CRM, In house marketing design and communications, sales collateral, LIVE Customer Service for account support, customer App for ordering and promotions.

Salary Range- $60k and Up based on experience.

Job Requirements and Definition:

  • 2 or more years experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Must have strong organizational skills and ability to follow-through on customer requests
  • Be proficient in using social media proficient including using platforms to drive sales and provide insight for potential customer into company offerings, culture, and core values
  • Be familiar with the St. Louis Metropolitan area and entire service territory
  • Must be a licensed driver and maintain up to date vehicle insurance
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have Creative problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to acquire products retail to meet client needs
  • Must be a self-starter, strongly motivated, able to set goals and be persistent
