Residential Services Coordinator I at RecSol Recovery Solutions, LLC – PLYMOUTH, Massachusetts

What Youll Do

• Perform regular safety rounds and wellness checks throughout the facility
• Monitor and support the well-being and accountability of individuals served
• Assist with treatment plans by providing input and supporting de-escalation strategies
• Guide individuals served through daily routines, maintaining communication and structure
• Supervise and provide support during off-site activities, including appointments and court trips
• Monitor environmental safety by inspecting equipment, systems, and facility structures
• Respond to emergencies and assist clinical staff with crisis situations
• Use verbal de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain a safe environment

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience

• No prior experience requiredwell provide training
