Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud migrations
• Implement and manage network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, VLANs, wireless, and routing
• Deploy and upgrade Windows servers and Active Directory environments
• Manage and migrate virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
• Work with SAN environments and backup/disaster recovery solutions
• Assist with solution design and statement of work creation alongside the vCIO and Project Manager
• Document all project work and maintain accurate records in the PSA system
• Act as the final escalation point for support issues—available during and outside standard hours as needed
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, including networking and server environments
• Proficient with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, M365, Azure)
• Solid understanding of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
• Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
• Microsoft (MCSA or higher)
• Cisco (CCNA or higher)

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Hybrid work environment with occasional travel to client sites
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends based on project or escalation needs
