The Opportunity
We’re looking for an IT Service Support Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and working with a variety of technologies. If you’re hands-on, curious, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you!

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Support Office 365, software applications, IP phones, and video conferencing tools
• Install and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and assist with Windows server support
• Respond to help desk requests via phone, in person, and ticketing system
• Create and manage user accounts and access
• Train employees on hardware, software, and basic IT processes
• Prioritize and triage support tickets
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with special projects

What You Bring

• Vocational, Technical, or Associate degree preferred
• A+ and/or Microsoft certification a plus
• Comfortable working with PCs, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
