Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls Area for an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) . In this position, responsibilities include delivering high-quality care to patients in a collaborative healthcare environment, conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, and creating tailored care plans. The Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with physicians and healthcare teams, contribute to patient education, and assist in the management of chronic and acute illnesses. Maintaining compliance with medical protocols and providing patient-centered clinical care will be key components of the role.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in Medicine and Primary Care practices
2. Experience in Critical Care Medicine and Emergency Medicine
3. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills
5. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented healthcare environment
6. Current licensure and certification in the state of New York
7. Prior experience in internal medicine or related specialties is advantageous
7. Master's degree in Nursing or relevant medical field
8. Current NYS license/certification by the NYS Education Department as a PA or NP.
9. Minimum two years’ experience with healthcare delivery.
