Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting for a licensed NP or PA with 2 or more years of experience to join our beautiful facility in Buffalo, MO at Dallas County Medical Center & Walk-In Clinic and Colonial Springs Healthcare Center!

A typical day will include: Working with the team to treat and provide evidence-based medicine to the residents at Colonial Springs Nursing Home, working collaboratively with both primary care physicians and geriatricians.

This position is Full-Time Monday - Friday, no weekends, no holidays & no call required!
