About This Position
Thompson Fabrication is looking for an Operations Specialist in the Wheatland, PA location. This is a dynamic role with responsibilities to logistics, operations and customer service. This position will need to have a detail oriented mindset and have exceptional customer service skills. Serve as a liaison and work cross-functionally to achieve a high impact on numerous parts of the operations.
Essential Duties:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Proficient use of Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Detail oriented
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, and all Team members in the office and on the shop floor.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic mathematical skills are required.
