Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend work as needed

Position SummaryThe Field Service Engineer plays a critical role in supporting field operations by coordinating and executing on-site service activities. This position is responsible for overseeing installations, inspections, and troubleshooting efforts while ensuring the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role requires frequent travel (50%–75%) and participation in a 24/7 emergency response rotation.
Key Responsibilities• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise field service activities, including site visits, installations, and inspections
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for field-related issues
• Oversee equipment installation to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
• Operate 3D scanning equipment and associated software for field data collection
• Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate inspection and service reports
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times
• Perform duties effectively in varying environmental conditions
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly
• Support general housekeeping and operational tasks as needed
• Work overtime when required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, New Graduates Will be Considered
• Ability to read tape measures and operate power tools
• Knowledge of plant safety practices
• Strong English communication skills
Physical Requirements• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing
• Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Work in industrial environments with varying conditions - 50 - 75% travel required.
