We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Systems Reporting Analyst. This position offers flexibility to work remotely from Texas or in a hybrid capacity from one of our offices in Arkansas.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is within the Financial Systems and Processes group and is primarily responsible for performing the financial consolidation and reporting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining SAP and Oracle master data, and leading/supporting process improvement and SAP integration initiatives to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and distribute consolidated financial statements. Document end-user reporting requirements. Function as accounting master data coordinator for SAP and Oracle. Facilitate problem solving sessions for financial accounting and reporting.Prepare process and procedure documentation. Perform ad-hoc reporting from SAP and Oracle.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor or higher in accounting or finance disciplineFunctional knowledge of SAP master data impacts on accounting and reporting Minimum two years’ experience in accounting related functionCPA or progress toward certification preferred.SAP systems implementation experience preferred but not required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Exceptional communication skills, including scheduling and leading cross-functional meetings.Desire to engage in problem-solving and develop solutions to accounting challenges. Ability to interpret journal entries and the resulting impact on financial statements.
