Job Description:
Talantage, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) team. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (SUD) is responsible for conducting nursing practices and procedures relative to substance use addiction services/medicine. This person provides direct patient care to individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction. He/she must be familiar with substance use, treatment modalities and detoxification protocols.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (SUD) is responsible for conducting nursing practices and procedures relative to substance use addiction services/medicine. This person provides direct patient care to individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction. He/she must be familiar with substance use, treatment modalities and detoxification protocols.
Qualifications
- Licensed LPN with an active license to practice in Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred
- Two years of experience working as a LPN
- Corrections experience preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
