Job Title: LPN (Baltimore)

Talantage is currently seeking a Fulltime Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs. Day, evening and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid LPN license in the State of Maryland
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
• Minimum of one-year work experience as a LPN preferred in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long term care environment preferred.
• Experience in a correctional environment preferred
