Position: Licensed Master Social Worker (PRN – Per Visit)
Location: Prince George’s & Montgomery Counties, MD

What You’ll Do:

• Complete psychosocial assessments to identify patient and family needs

• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and emotional support

• Collaborate with the care team to create patient-centered plans

• Advocate for patient rights and connect them with community resources

• Help patients and families navigate the healthcare system

• Maintain timely, accurate documentation

• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning

• Stay current on resources and best practices in medical social work

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program

• Current Maryland license (LMSW or LCSW-C)

• 2+ years of medical or healthcare social work experience

• Knowledge of community resources and healthcare systems

• Strong communication, counseling, and advocacy skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Compassion, empathy, and commitment to ethical practice
