Conduct psychosocial assessments

Provide counseling and crisis intervention

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate, compliant documentation

Qualifications

MSW from CSWE-accredited program

Active LMSW or LCSW (or eligibility)

2+ years healthcare or medical social work experience

Strong case management and communication skills

Knowledge of HIPAA and ethical standards
