Sr. Product Manager: SaaS & Mobile

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Product Manager: SaaS & Mobile based in United States.

This role will own the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of SaaS and mobile solutions supporting critical infrastructure projects. You will shape the mobile experience across government transportation agencies, local public agencies, engineering firms, and other commercial customers. Working closely with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, and Customer Operations, you will turn customer and market insights into impactful product requirements and experiences. The position combines strategic product leadership with hands-on prioritization, delivery management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will balance customer needs, business objectives, budgets, and timelines while maintaining a cohesive, field-ready product experience. Accountabilities
  • Own the product strategy, vision, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery for SaaS and mobile solutions across the portfolio.
  • Lead the overall mobile product strategy across government transportation and commercial customer segments.
  • Translate customer feedback, market research, business priorities, and industry needs into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, and Customer Operations to define, develop, launch, and improve impactful product capabilities.
  • Drive product prioritization and trade-off decisions while balancing customer value, business objectives, budgets, resources, and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the internal product expert and primary voice for assigned solutions, ensuring stakeholders understand product direction, priorities, and expected outcomes.
  • Manage product delivery through Agile and Scrum practices, maintaining alignment between product requirements, development activities, testing, and releases.
  • Promote a cohesive, reliable, and field-ready mobile experience across the product portfolio.
  • Support product discovery, design thinking, testing, and prototyping activities to improve the quality and usability of new experiences.
  • Use customer and market insights to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement and innovation.
  • Leverage tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and AI-enabled product discovery and research tools to improve collaboration, prototyping, and cross-functional handoffs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product prioritization, trade-off decisions, roadmap development, and delivery timelines in a Product Manager or Product Owner capacity.
  • Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies and Scrum processes.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS application concepts, software development lifecycles, and modern product development practices.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working for a software company delivering SaaS products is preferred.
  • Knowledge of road construction, transportation infrastructure, or civil engineering is a plus.
  • Experience leading software testing and applying design thinking methodologies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and AI tools for product discovery, research, and prototyping is preferred.
  • Ability to translate user stories and product requirements into interactive prototypes that facilitate design, engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment sponsorship.
