Do you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making insurance easier to understand? Valerie Tichy-Drummer's State Farm agency is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish insurance professional to join our friendly, established team in downtown Hemet.

Valerie has served the San Jacinto Valley since 1986. Our office is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized service and making insurance resources accessible to the people and families in our community.

What You'll Do

• Help customers with auto, homeowners, renters, and other personal insurance needs.
• Answer questions, explain coverage options, and assist with policy changes and service requests.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers in both English and Spanish.
• Identify opportunities to help customers understand additional coverage options.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on requests.
• Work collaboratively with a knowledgeable team focused on customer care.

What We're Looking For

• Active California Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning agency systems.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
• Previous State Farm or insurance agency experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary of $42,000–$52,000, depending on experience.
• Potential performance-based bonuses or commissions, depending on the final compensation plan.
• Retirement plan with a 3% employer match (90-day eligibility requirement).
• Up to $400 per month toward a qualified health plan, subject to plan eligibility and terms.

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available for the right candidate. Compensation for part-time schedules will be adjusted based on hours worked.
• This is an in-office position at 158 S. Harvard Street, Hemet, CA 92543. This is not a remote position.
