About Growth Signals
We’re building the future of AI-driven strategic innovation, and we’re looking for people who are excited to join us at the ground floor. As a seed-stage B2B startup, we’re on a mission to help teams accelerate discovery, validate concepts faster and scale impact across the organization, and we believe customer obsession is our unfair advantage. As an early member of our team, you’ll shape how we engage, retain, and grow our product & customers.
Our Culture
We’re builders, learners, and problem-solvers who take pride in delivering real value to our customers. We believe in fast feedback loops, radical transparency, and taking smart bets. If you’re energized by ambiguity, thrive in startup chaos, and care deeply about helping customers succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
Why Join Us
- Shape not just your role, but how we build and scale
- Competitive salary + early-stage equity
- Flexible remote-first culture
- Opportunity to work directly with founders and shape product and customer strategy
- Build relationships with innovative customers solving hard problems with AI
Growth Signals is a Series A startup scaling an LLM-supported software platform as the ‘system of record for strategy’ in enterprise teams. The platform enables R&D and Innovation teams to conduct research, develop and refine concepts, and manage their portfolios, transforming insights into strategic business value for our customers.
We're seeking a talented Product Manager to drive development and evolution of our B2B AI software platform. You'll collaborate to define product vision, drive strategy, and build solutions that help enterprise customers unlock the full potential of emerging tech.

- Own feature development and execution, managing delivery from conception to launch and iteration. Intake, prioritize, plan, and track project work.
- Own the customer feedback loop - conduct and synthesize customer discovery and GTM input into prioritized product decisions.
- Define and track key product metrics, gathering user feedback to improve.
- Iterate on product development processes, documentation, and execution frameworks that scale with our growing team (with emphasis on AI tools).
- Partner with strategy upstream, with engineering to execute, and with GTM to ensure what we ship lands with customers.
What we're looking for:
- BS in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent experience. Must be able to sharpen feature decisions by engaging closely with engineering.
- Strong business acumen. Be able to assess commercial value of features, prioritize across competing demands, and communicate trade-offs clearly to technical and executive stakeholders. MBA strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of product management experience with B2B software products
- Proven track record managing roadmaps and feature delivery for enterprise
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g. Linear, Notion, ai-native tools)
- Experience in fast-paced zero-to-one startups, preferably seed or series A/B
- Experience working with cross-functional remote/distributed teams
- Familiarity or working understanding of LLMs and their capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points:
- Experience with management or technology consulting
- Experience building, launching, or supporting AI, LLM products
- Knowledge of R&D, Innovation, new product development team work & challenges
- Experience with user research, UX design, market research, prompt engineering
