• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs to support financial products and services.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security across distributed and high-traffic environments.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in system architecture design and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
• Optimize database queries, data models, and backend performance for scalability and efficiency.
• Implement best practices in software engineering, including testing, code reviews, and clean architecture principles.
• Support continuous delivery processes and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a timely and structured manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, preferably in fintech or high-scale systems.
• Strong knowledge of backend programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Go, or similar.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
