• Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality mobile and backend applications using Flutter and NodeJS.
• Design software components and contribute to scalable and maintainable application architectures.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code following current development standards and best practices.
• Perform unit testing and contribute to ensuring application reliability, stability, and performance.
• Design and maintain logical and physical data models aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize system integrations, APIs, and database structures.
• Support continuous integration processes, automated builds, and deployment workflows.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2 and data protection/security guidelines.
• Maintain traceability and quality standards through version control and structured delivery processes.
• Contribute to technical discussions, problem-solving initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

• Degree in Information Technology or related fields from an accredited institution; alternatively, a degree in another field combined with a postgraduate specialization in Software Engineering or Software Development.
• Strong professional experience with Flutter and NodeJS development.
• Solid knowledge of REST API integration and backend communication.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases, preferably version 15.12.
• Familiarity with UML and software modeling techniques.
• Experience with continuous integration workflows and automated build tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems and configuration management practices.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2).
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and software quality practices.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a systems-oriented mindset.
