In this role, you will design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models, ensuring high-quality AI-generated outputs aligned with regulatory and technical requirements. You will also contribute to platform improvements and collaborate with global teams to enhance Generative AI performance.

• Develop, write, and optimize prompts for LLMs focused on regulatory document generation
• Validate and review AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and technical compliance
• Execute testing cycles and refine outputs within existing Generative AI platforms
• Analyze model responses and continuously improve prompt effectiveness and AI behavior
• Collaborate with international teams, primarily based in the United States
• Support technical decision-making and validation of complex AI-driven outputs
• Perform technical adjustments in the platform using Python and cloud environments

The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with hands-on experience in Generative AI and prompt engineering, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Experience or strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI output optimization
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate AI-generated content critically
• Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and international collaboration
