  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, summaries, and decision-support materials that communicate program status and recommendations clearly.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to improve AI adoption, operational effectiveness, and mission impact.
  • Apply Agile and hybrid program management approaches to support successful delivery of technology initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on emerging AI opportunities and help identify areas where AI can improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with knowledge of AI technologies, governance practices, and federal environments. They should be comfortable managing complex initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders, and translating technical concepts into business-focused strategies.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing technical program leadership and managing complex technology initiatives.

  • Experience supporting federal agency clients, particularly within healthcare, defense, civilian government, or other mission-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies, including Agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management certification such as PMI-ACP or SAFe PM/PO is strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing program documentation, governance frameworks, policies, roadmaps, or technology strategy materials.
  • Familiarity with federal AI governance frameworks, including OMB AI guidance, Executive Order 14110 on safe and trustworthy AI, and related agency directives.
  • Experience supporting AI, data, analytics, or emerging technology programs is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership and explain complex technical topics clearly.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required federal access credentials and successfully complete applicable background investigations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
