Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement based in the United States.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced revenue enablement professional to build and scale a high-impact function within a growing organization. In this role, you will define the enablement strategy, establish operating models, and create programs that improve revenue team performance across sales and customer success. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, developing onboarding programs, content frameworks, training initiatives, and technology adoption strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will connect business priorities with measurable revenue outcomes and help teams operate more efficiently. Accountabilities
  • Define and lead the long-term Revenue Enablement strategy, including the function’s vision, operating model, priorities, success metrics, and roadmap for growth.
  • Build scalable enablement processes that connect onboarding, training, content development, field readiness, technology adoption, and revenue performance.
  • Establish structured onboarding programs for sales and customer success teams, creating role-specific learning paths, resources, workflows, and performance expectations.
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials, including playbooks, sales resources, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and customer-facing content aligned with business goals.
  • Own the governance and continuous improvement of the revenue content library, ensuring resources remain organized, accessible, and effective.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to align enablement initiatives with go-to-market priorities.
  • Support product launches, organizational changes, and technology adoption initiatives by preparing teams with the knowledge and tools required for success.
  • Drive adoption of modern revenue technologies, AI-powered workflows, predictive tools, automation solutions, and emerging capabilities that improve team productivity.
  • Manage, coach, and develop enablement team members while helping scale the function through future hiring and organizational growth.
  • Establish enablement KPIs and measurement frameworks to connect training effectiveness with productivity, pipeline performance, win rates, and revenue outcomes.
  • Provide leadership with insights, recommendations, and performance reporting to continuously improve enablement investments.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations, or a related business function.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams, programs, or enablement functions with demonstrated people management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build enablement strategies and operational frameworks from the ground up in growing organizations.
  • Strong experience creating structured onboarding programs, training materials, learning experiences, and enablement resources.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including content creation, program development, and process implementation.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern revenue technology ecosystems, including CRM platforms, learning management systems, sales enablement tools, call-recording platforms, and sales engagement solutions.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation, knowledge management, training delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect enablement initiatives to measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working in SaaS and B2B environments.
  • Strategic and adaptable mindset with the ability to create structure, manage ambiguity, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in transportation, fleet management, or logistics industries is a plus.
