The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of creative production processes, workflow optimization, project prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do

- Develop scalable project management frameworks and operational processes to improve visibility, accountability, collaboration, and speed-to-market.
- Define and implement workflow checkpoints and quality control processes to ensure creative accuracy, alignment, and production readiness.
- Coordinate closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Packaging, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings, documenting and tracking timelines, deliverables, action items, and follow-ups.
- Utilize project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.) to manage timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Serve as a key operational partner to Creative and Brand teams to maintain alignment with project objectives and business priorities.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, dashboards, reporting tools, and shared resources across internal systems.
Manage and improve processes related to digital asset organization, workflow tracking, and project visibility. Monitor project health to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, resource gaps, and operational challenges, recommending solutions to ensure seamless execution.
- Continuously evaluate and refine workflows, resource allocation, and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and collaboration.
- Align project prioritization with company strategy, business objectives, and operational capacity.
