Job Description
We are seeking motivated and curious Summer Interns to join our team and support high-impact projects across multiple departments, including Human Resources, Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA), Medical Affairs/Medical Science, Marketing, IT, and Accounting.
This internship provides hands-on experience working on meaningful, project-based assignments that directly support business priorities. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to the medical device industry, and develop practical skills in their area of interest.
Each intern will be aligned to a specific department and will contribute to defined projects with clear goals and deliverables.
As part of the program, interns will participate in a signature initiative, the Intern Impact Project. Working as a cohort, interns will identify an opportunity to improve a process, experience, or area of the business, develop a solution, and present their recommendation to management at the conclusion of the internship.
Department Examples (Project-Based Work May Include)
Human Resources
- Support documentation, onboarding materials, and employee programs
- Assist with HR data organization and process improvement
QA/RA
- Support documentation related to quality systems, CAPA, or regulatory processes
- Assist with organizing and maintaining compliance-related records
Medical Affairs / Medical Science
- Support literature reviews, clinical documentation, or educational materials
- Assist with data organization and research summaries
Marketing
- Support content creation, campaign execution, or digital marketing initiatives
- Assist with social media, email campaigns, or event coordination
IT
- Support system documentation, process improvements, or internal tools
- Assist with troubleshooting, data organization, or system enhancements
Accounting
- Assist with documentation of processes, reconciliations, or reporting support
- Support organization of financial data and internal workflows
- Support department-specific projects aligned with business needs and priorities
- Conduct research, analysis, and documentation to support team initiatives
- Assist in organizing, improving, or building processes and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and drive project progress
- Participate in team meetings, check-ins, and company-wide sessions
- Partner with fellow interns on the Intern Impact Project, including identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and preparing final recommendations
- Present project outcomes and Intern Impact Project recommendations to management at the conclusion of the internship Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university (or recent graduate)
- Interest in one of the following areas: HR, QA/RA, Medical Affairs, Marketing, IT, or Accounting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) preferred
