Description:

This position is 100% on-site at the Carlsbad, CA location.

Pay Range: $85,000 to $105,000

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will provide support and ownership for multiple applications at various ADDMAN locations within the organization and will involve developing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions for customers. This position will be located on-site at our Carlsbad facility. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. citizen status.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate software release schedules and approval process with Release Management, Development Staff, Business System Analysts, and Internal Customers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in response to user inquiries. Maintain a knowledge base of known issues/solutions and provide potential workarounds to customers.
  • Requires strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Serves as escalation point to research and resolve production support and configuration issues which cannot be resolved by initial triage group(s).
  • Coordinate system, data and/or process changes with downstream system application teams upon implementation of new features.
  • Assist in writing requirements to help provide solutions for our customers.
  • Leading user acceptance testing for all programs and functions included in the database project.
  • Soliciting feedback, trouble-shooting problems, and serving as an intermediary between licensing and project managers.
  • Working collaboratively with project managers to ensure deadlines are met and issues and processes are documented.
  • Providing assistance and input on continuous process improvement and mapping for all functions that will be included in the database including licensing, investigations, inspections, health programs and case management.
  • Serving as a database super user in all functional work areas contained in the database project.
  • Reviewing and providing input on all forms and letters included in the database for the purpose of standardization.
  • Creating and maintaining testing and training documentation.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities to exceed employee expectations.
  • Experience with managing and resolving IT support tickets and user requests on systems of responsibility.
  • Works on problems of moderate to advanced scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and O365/Azure Environments including Powershell and other scripting methods. Strongly prefer experience in GCCH, Salesforce, C# environments, and Azure VMs.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts and ideas to non-technical personnel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years related industry experience
  • Must have demonstrated the capability of meeting the key accountabilities or have the ability to learn/perform them
  • Software Development Life Cycle experience
  • Basic Salesforce and/or Syteline Knowledge Preferred
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This job operates in a professional additive manufacturing, traditional manufacturing, and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as printing equipment, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Frequent use of hands for typing and operating office equipment
  • Prolonged sitting and computer use
  • Ability to accomplish the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
