Clinic Nurse Supervisor, RN—Infusion Center in Beatrice, Nebraska at Beatrice Community Hospital Health Center

Job Duties:
The Clinic Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and the delivery of high-quality services within the Infusion Center. This role provides direct supervision of clinic staff and ensures operational efficiency and compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing clinic workflows and staff schedules to optimize patient access and clinic flow

• Leading initiatives in population-based quality improvement and enhancing the patient experience

• Ensuring clinical services align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements

• Promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and service

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Current RN license in the State of Nebraska or a Compact state

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Outpatient clinical experience preferred

• 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred

• 4-6 years of clinical nursing experience preferred

Shift Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
