Supervisory Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time/PRN

Golden Heart Home Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse to provide supervisory nursing services in Manistique and the surrounding area. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a retired nurse or an RN looking to earn supplemental income.

Responsibilities:

*Complete initial assessments and supervisory visits in participants’ homes
*Provide caregiver training and education
*Perform medication reconciliation and medication management
*Provide diabetic foot care and related patient education
*Monitor changes in participants’ health and report concerns appropriately
*Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
*Communicate with participants, families, caregivers, and agency staff

Requirements:

*Active, unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse license
*Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
*Reliable transportation
*Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
*Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
*Dependable, professional, and compassionate

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible, PRN scheduling. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour, based on experience and assigned responsibilities.
