As our patient population grows, there may be opportunities to take on additional patients and hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and troubleshoot infusion pumps and related equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company, state, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other members of the patient’s care team.
  • Follow all infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.
  • Travel to patient homes throughout the assigned service area as needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • Active, unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Infusion therapy, home infusion, home health, oncology, or critical care experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills.
  • Experience with PICC lines, implanted ports, and central venous access devices preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently in a home-based setting.

  • You are comfortable working independently while staying connected to a supportive clinical team.
  • You are organized, dependable, and adaptable to changing patient needs.
