SCHEDULE:
Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Monday-Friday
SUMMARY:
Family Service League is seeking a full-time Supervisor for our Children’s Health Homes program. The Children’s Health Homes program is a home visiting program that offers care coordination to children and young adults with mental illness and/or chronic medical conditions. The Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and support of the Children’s Health Homes staff to ensure compliance to OMH and DOH guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, onboarding, and conducting supervisions and performance appraisals.
• Conduct regular client chart reviews.
• Assist with adherence to program standards.
• Interface with children’s SPOA, DOH and Health Homes.
• Review and approve time records, schedules and time off requests.
• Attend program meetings in the absence of the Program Director.
• All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in human services or fields related to working with children and families required; master’s degree preferred.
At least 6 years of experience working with youth and/or families is required.
Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of community resources and experience with or strong familiarity with Case Management.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong clinical skills, leadership, and organizational skills required.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
