This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Channel Manager - GIS Partnerships based in the United States.
This is a strategic, high-impact opportunity for an experienced channel leader to build and expand relationships with global systems integrators (GSIs). You will develop partnership strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and expand market presence across enterprise technology markets. The role sits at the intersection of customer experience, AI, cloud, digital transformation, and consulting services. You will work closely with partner executives, sales teams, solution leaders, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to create compelling joint go-to-market programs. Success will depend on your ability to influence senior decision-makers, identify strategic opportunities, and turn partnerships into measurable business outcomes. This is a remote role suited to a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Accountabilities- Own and grow executive-level relationships with assigned global systems integrators and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute alliance strategies designed to increase pipeline generation, bookings, partner-sourced revenue, and market penetration.
- Create and manage joint business plans, quarterly business reviews, and strategic growth initiatives with key partners.
- Identify new opportunities across consulting, cloud transformation, customer experience, artificial intelligence, and digital modernization.
- Build and lead joint go-to-market programs in collaboration with partner sales, solution, industry, and marketing teams.
- Drive co-selling initiatives and coordinate engagement between partner and internal field sales organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on joint campaigns, events, thought leadership, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Leverage customer experience expertise to identify opportunities across customer service, contact centers, CRM, customer engagement, digital experience, and AI-powered interactions.
- Partner with solution, product, and delivery teams to develop compelling value propositions for joint enterprise customers.
- Establish trusted-advisor relationships with partner executives, practice leaders, alliance managers, and sales organizations.
- Represent the organization at partner events, executive briefings, industry conferences, and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain a strong partner-generated pipeline while tracking sourced opportunities, influenced revenue, certifications, and engagement metrics.
- Forecast partnership-driven revenue and ensure progress against annual growth targets.
- Measure success through partner-sourced and influenced revenue, joint pipeline creation and conversion, co-sell growth, strategic account penetration, and successful execution of joint initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel relationships.
- Proven track record of generating measurable revenue growth through alliance and channel partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience managing global systems integrator (GSI) partnerships and large consulting organizations.
- Strong understanding of partner programs, ecosystems, funding mechanisms, and co-selling motions.
- Experience developing and executing joint business plans and strategic partner initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of customer experience technologies and enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience in enterprise software, cloud services, SaaS, AI, digital transformation, or consulting environments.
- Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, product, solution, and delivery teams.
- Experience with contact center, CRM, customer engagement, or digital experience platforms is preferred.
- AWS certifications and/or cloud alliance management experience are advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics, and customer service technologies is a plus.
- OTE of $240,000–$270,000 per year, with individual compensation determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
