About the Role
We are looking for a CNC Tumbling Technician (part of the Assembly and Quality Control (QC) Technician team) to help finish CNC-machined parts. This role involves running tumbling equipment, checking parts, and helping keep production moving.
This is a production role with real standards and real accountability. Speed matters, but quality always comes first.
Shifts (Monday - Friday):- Afternoon shift: 3 pm to 11 pm
- Night Shift: 11 pm to 7 am
- Load and unload parts into tumbling machines
- Run parts through the tumbling/finishing process
- Check parts for burrs, sharp edges, damage, or defects
- Clean, sort, and organize finished parts
- Follow instructions and quality standards
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Let the supervisor know if there are any issues
- Help with other production tasks as needed
You are reliable, hands-on, and comfortable doing detailed, repetitive work. You take pride in doing things carefully and consistently, and you are not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

- Manufacturing, CNC, or shop experience is an asset, but not required
- Standing for extended periods

- Lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading parts/bins
- Working around machinery, noise, dust, and production equipment
- Wearing required PPE, such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves

You must be legally allowed to work in Canada and be local or willing to relocate. This role is based in Cambridge, Ontario and telecommuting is not an option.
Salary: $19.15 + Shift Premium per hour
