Job Description

Description:

Looking for a meaningful nursing leadership role with flexibility and work-life balance?

Longview is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and leadership for our Assisted Living and Enhanced Assisted Living communities. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys mentoring staff, building relationships with residents and families, and using their clinical expertise in a supportive, relationship-centered environment.

Whether you are an experienced assisted living nurse, transitioning from a hospital or skilled nursing setting, or seeking a rewarding opportunity later in your nursing career, this position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact without the pace and physical demands often associated with higher-acuity care settings.

At Longview, residents are more than names on a chart. Our staff know their stories, families, interests, and life experiences. We are proud of the relationships that make our community feel like home and are looking for a nurse leader who shares our commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.

Why Longview?

Our residents know us. Our staff know our residents. Relationships matter here.

If you're looking for a nursing leadership role where you can use your experience, support a dedicated team, and build meaningful connections with older adults and their families, we'd love to hear from you.

For more than 50 years, Longview has served older adults in the Ithaca community through a continuum of services that includes Adult Day Programs, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Enhanced Assisted Living. As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to helping residents live well while fostering dignity, independence, connection, and belonging.
