This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Sales Specialist based in the United States.
This role is focused on driving enterprise growth through ServiceNow transformation and technology services.
You will build new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing enterprise accounts across the United States.
The position combines strategic prospecting, executive-level relationship building, consultative selling, and complex deal leadership.
You will help organizations identify business challenges and translate them into practical ServiceNow transformation roadmaps.
Working closely with account teams, solution architects, and cross-functional specialists, you will shape differentiated solutions and compelling commercial proposals.
The role also requires strong awareness of ServiceNow's evolving platform, including AI capabilities, Now Assist, workflow automation, and agentic experiences.
This is an opportunity to influence C-level decisions and help enterprise customers adopt technology in ways that deliver measurable business value.
- Build and execute proactive prospecting and partner-driven pipeline strategies to generate net-new ServiceNow services opportunities, including new logos and whitespace within existing accounts.
- Lead discovery conversations with executives and key stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into ServiceNow-led transformation roadmaps.
- Develop compelling points of view by industry and business function, including IT, HR, customer operations, risk, and security, to create demand and open new opportunities.
- Own the full opportunity lifecycle, from qualification and solution shaping through resourcing, proposal and SOW development, negotiation, and close.
- Partner with account teams and solution architects to create differentiated, feasible solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Orchestrate internal delivery teams, solution architects, subject-matter experts, legal, and finance to develop client-ready proposals, narratives, and commercial structures.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up, accurate forecasting, and strong pipeline management across multiple concurrent pursuits, regions, and time zones.
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and roadmap, including Now Assist and emerging AI capabilities.
- Communicate the business value and practical considerations of AI use cases such as productivity improvements, virtual agents, knowledge management, workflow automation, and agentic experiences.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with each customer's technical maturity, governance requirements, adoption readiness, and strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships while influencing complex, multi-stakeholder purchasing decisions.
- Drive both new-logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts through a balanced hunter/farmer sales approach.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or services sales, client partnering, alliance leadership, or a closely related field, with strong ServiceNow ecosystem experience preferred.
- Proven success operating across both new-logo acquisition and account expansion strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex enterprise services deals involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and procurement processes.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to lead strategic conversations with C-level and VP-level decision-makers.
- Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including core workflows and architecture concepts, with the ability to communicate credibly with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex technology capabilities into clear business value and actionable transformation strategies.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex pursuits simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with account teams, architects, delivery specialists, subject-matter experts, legal, and finance.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating across regions and time zones.
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities and their practical applications in enterprise environments is highly valuable.

- Salary range of $200,000–$250,000.
