Job Overview: The Sales Enablement & Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the commercial organization by ensuring high-quality CRM data, enabling actionable sales insights, and driving effective lead generation and pipeline management processes. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to optimize sales performance, enhance customer engagement, and support growth across advisory services and energy as a service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Maintain and optimize the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and usability for the sales team
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, pipeline hygiene, and reporting consistency
  • Manage opportunity tracking, sales stages, and forecasting processes
  • Support CRM enhancements, automation, and integrations with marketing tools

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and KPI tracking (pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss, revenue performance)
  • Produce regular reporting packages for sales leadership (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and sales productivity
  • Monitor and report on success metrics across advisory services and energy as a service offerings

Sales Enablement

  • Support the sales team with tools, materials, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate creation and maintenance of sales collateral, proposals, and pitch materials
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new sales team members on CRM tools and processes
  • Partner with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

  • Support lead generation initiatives, including campaign tracking, inbound/outbound lead management, and qualification processes
  • Ensure timely routing and follow-up of leads within the sales organization
  • Analyze lead sources and campaign performance to optimize acquisition strategies
  • Collaborate with business development to maintain a strong and balanced pipeline across target markets

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or business analytics
  • Strong experience with CRM systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • High level of organization and execution discipline
