As a Pessoa Consultora de Negócios (PMO), you will play a strategic role in driving large-scale transformation initiatives within the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for ensuring project governance, operational excellence, and alignment between business objectives and execution. - Act as a central point of coordination for strategic project governance, ensuring alignment between objectives, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Structure, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and execution roadmaps to support successful delivery.
- Facilitate project status meetings, governance committees, steering sessions, and executive reviews.
- Track and analyze project performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop mitigation plans and ensure effective communication regarding project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support strategic decision-making through structured analyses, executive reports, and data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, connecting technical, operational, and business functions to drive alignment and results.
- Promote best practices, methodologies, governance frameworks, and project management standards across initiatives.
- Lead workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure project success and adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management is considered an advantage.
- Proven experience working as a PMO, Project Manager, or in a similar project governance role.
- Experience participating in at least three large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders, business areas, and workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid frameworks.
- Experience managing project portfolios, schedules, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ability to prepare executive presentations, reports, and strategic materials for senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, as well as collaboration and governance platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- Mandatory certification in PMP (Project Management Professional), PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I), or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage audiences at different organizational levels.
- Strong analytical thinking, systemic vision, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to simplify complex challenges.
- Proven negotiation, conflict management, and relationship-building skills.
