Job Description
Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is currently seeking a cleared Financial Analyst I to support Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
As a Financial Analyst I, you will:
· Provide comprehensive programmatic, financial, and administrative support to our government clients, including but not limited to: financial tracking and analysis, budget preparation/maintenance assistance, solicitation preparation and management, and tracking of deliverables and milestones.
The ideal Financial Analyst is motivated, driven, and meets the following criteria:
1. Minimum of five (5) years of related financial and administrative assistance experience.
2. Demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in financial, administrative and program
management.
3. Experience in tracking technical and financial milestones.
4. Requires knowledge/competence in web-based research as well as analysis using modern PC computer techniques, systems, and tools. At least one (1) year experience working within specific DARPA technical office(s) is highly desirable.
5. Experience in creating and coordinating budget and acquisition funding documents and has knowledge/competence in analysis is required.
6. Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required) demonstrated experience in organizing and facilitating small meetings.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication, Keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
8. Can operate well in a group dynamic, think creatively and critically, and has a fundamental understanding of government budgeting and an understanding of government contracting.
9. Can produce work products that are accurate in presentation, context and can remain focused in in stressful and fluctuating situations.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree required.
Clearance:
· Current Secret required, DoD Top Secret Clearance preferred.
Position requires coming in the office, some telework possible.
