Job Description
The Facilities Supervisor is a key member of the facilities team and is responsible for providing the highest quality services to office staff, lawyers and vendors. This role will support the Office Manager in delivering the departments daily operational activities including, but not limited to, supervising the Reception team, and overseeing building, equipment and supplies maintenance as well as vendor oversight.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervising the Reception team, consisting of two Receptionist who cover the desk daily from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday Friday. Carries out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with the Firms policies and applicable laws
Assist with the oversight of daily facilities operations, office/equipment moves and renovations
Oversee and maintain the physical upkeep and aesthetic appeal of shared office facilities
Insure site operations are in accordance with building procedures and policies while being mindful of contract guidelines
Provide information to building management staff and outside vendors to ensure high quality completion of work
Oversee various projects, ensuring proper records are maintained, that schedules are adhered to and deadlines are met
Provide backup to various department personnel as appropriate
Perform other related duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
Bachelors degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training, preferable in a las firm environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent customer service skills
Required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
Preferred:
Minimum 2 years of facility operations experience
Ability to type 45 wpm accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with data entry

The target salary range for this role is:
$90,000-$120,000 if located in CaliforniaSalaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
