Description:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our communities in multiple states
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
  • Manage financial performance and ensure the financial stability of the organization
  • Lead and mentor a team of executives and managers to achieve organizational goals
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior living or healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for senior living and healthcare
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and lead a team to achieve organizational goals
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and services to seniors and their families
