Recruiting Referral Assistant for Truck Driver positions in Louisville, Kentucky at Assurity Transportation Solutions

We are looking for an independent truck driver recruiting assistant to join our team in our remote team. The referral agent will be referring truck drivers and owner operators for processing to start great trucking positions. The referral agent will need to have abilities and resources to reach Truck Drivers for offering and explaining the benefits of working on our customer accounts in a professional manner..

The ideal candidate will have strong phone skills, excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with and have a true interest in the trucking industry for truly helping drivers as well as being successful.

Requirements:

• Valid UD/state ID
• Your own laptop or computer with internet service and a phone for making and receiving calls with drivers.
• Must have a Dedicated quiet work space for qualifying applicants and working remotely
• CDL A Driver Recruiting, customer service, call center experience preferred
• Must be a people person, caring and a good listener
• Excellent time management abilities and good work ethics
• Minimum weekly requirements 15-20 hours
• 1099 pay as independent contractor , commission pay per driver hire
• Excellent position for someone wanting to shine and work from home while making great money. Potential is there so if you are above average you will make above average pay.
• Commission pay varies depending on which position the driver is hired for. Commission pay info will be discussed during the interview process.
• Must be dependable and honest , be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
