Call Center Representative in Danbury, Nebraska at ADVANCED SPECIALTY CARE PC

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and return patient calls in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for Allergy & Asthma, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, ENT, and Audiology
• Obtain and accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information
• Manage incoming referrals and assist with coordinating patient appointments
• Assist patients with general appointment, balance, and payment questions, as appropriate
• Route clinical, billing, and other inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers
• Medical office experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance/referral processes preferred
• Experience with EHR and practice management systems preferred
• Two months of training in the Danbury office required
• Monday–Friday availability, 9:00 a.m.–3:00/3:30 p.m.
• Reliable internet and an appropriate remote work environment following successful completion of training
