The Pessoa Consultora de Negócios will act as a cybersecurity and technology consultant, supporting clients through analysis, solution design, and transformation initiatives focused on OT environments and critical operations.
- Analyze, coordinate, and support cybersecurity solution assessments for industrial and operational technology environments.
- Participate in cybersecurity architecture and engineering projects for OT networks and SCADA/DMS systems within the energy sector.
- Conduct technical assessments, including field visits to data centers, control centers, and operational facilities when required.
- Perform OT asset inventories, architecture assessments, and communication network reviews.
- Design cybersecurity architecture proposals, including OT network segmentation strategies, technology selection, and implementation roadmaps.
- Prepare technical documentation, executive presentations, and deliverables for technical and business stakeholders.
- Support clients in identifying challenges, structuring solutions, and implementing transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business and technology problems.
- Map automation and software solution requirements to support effective technology delivery.
- Conduct structured interviews with technical teams and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Analyze engineering, maintenance, reliability, regulatory, and operational reports related to the energy sector.
- Evaluate opportunities for improving projects, services, systems, processes, and business structures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical, business, and leadership levels.
- Collaborate with global teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in cybersecurity, technology consulting, and industrial environments, with the ability to combine technical knowledge with business understanding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience working with OT cybersecurity environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, and NIST SP 800-82.
- Experience with industrial network architectures, segmentation strategies, cybersecurity technologies, and security controls.
- Knowledge of SCADA, DMS, OMS systems, and electrical network operations.
- Experience designing or implementing cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience in technology transformation projects or digitalization initiatives.
- Consulting experience is considered a plus.
- Advanced Spanish proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to conduct technical meetings.
- Advanced English proficiency is a plus.
- Certification in OT cybersecurity, preferably ISA/IEC 62443 (any certification level), or equivalent certifications such as GICSP, GRID, or GCIP.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are considered a plus.
- Additional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CISM are desirable.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
