You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent.
Beyond recruiting, you will contribute to scalable people processes, HR systems, onboarding, compliance, and employee support.

As a People Operations Specialist, you will manage full-cycle recruiting while supporting essential people operations initiatives. You will partner with internal stakeholders to improve hiring processes, maintain accurate employee operations, and help create scalable systems that support company growth.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across the organization, from intake meetings with hiring managers through candidate closing and offer negotiation.
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines using recruiting systems and tools while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish timelines, and deliver effective hiring strategies.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline performance, and sourcing effectiveness, providing insights to leadership.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and positive experiences.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS information, and people-related documentation.
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions regarding policies and programs.
- Support compliance efforts related to employment regulations across multiple states and potential international locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, HR processes, and operational systems.
- Partner with leadership to build scalable people practices that support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented people operations professional with strong recruiting expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. You should be comfortable owning processes independently while building trusted relationships with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations roles.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain accurate employee data.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote-first, distributed organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in improving processes and systems.
- Experience recruiting within a B2B SaaS or Salesforce ecosystem environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with PEOs or multi-state employment compliance is preferred.
- Competitive base salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 USD.
