We are currently seeking an experienced:

RECRUITER

Job Description:

• Completes full cycle recruitment for all Liberty Companies.
• Tracks open positions/requisitions.
• Conduct phone interviews with and schedule in person interviews with candidates.
• Extend job offers to candidates when requested.
• Guides and educates hiring managers on the hiring process.
• Review resumes and forward to hiring managers.
• Source candidates on social media and online databases.
• Attends job fair and community events to attract potential candidates.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Prefer Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and some recruiting or HR experience.
• Prefer some recruiting or related HR experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pleasant telephone manner.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong analytical skills.
