About This Position

Job Summary: The Project Designer is responsible for creating and developing design concepts for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with the company's standards. This role involves collaborating with clients, project managers, and other team members to deliver innovative and functional design solutions. The Project Designer will also be involved in preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts that meet client needs and project goals.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications for projects.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure design accuracy.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and project management.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Strong creative and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
